Need Help With A Return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hunter purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges and will provide a digital Prepaid USPS label. Please be advised that Hunter is not responsible for providing a physical return label, and the customer must print the provided label.

Free Returns
We offer free returns for eCommerce orders placed through our website with a cart value of more than $19.99.
If your total cart value is $19.99 or less, we will honor this return policy, but you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Eligibility
This 30-day risk-free trial only applies to purchases made directly through our website. For purchases made via other distributors or dealers, their return policy will apply.
To qualify, you must reach out to us by email or phone within 30 days of the product being marked as delivered according to the shipping tracking number. After the 30-day period, if the order was placed through our website on or after March 1, 2024, you are still eligible for our lifetime warranty (subject to certain restrictions).
Return Requirements
1. You must initiate the return or exchange within 30 days of the product being marked as delivered. To do so, please contact us at info@huntercompany.com or call (303) 427-4626.
2. All items being returned should be in their original, usable condition.
3. If your entire order is being returned, any promotional or free items included in the order must also be returned. Otherwise, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
4. For exchanged orders, your replacement product will be shipped free of charge. If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If it is of greater value, we will invoice you for the additional cost, and the new item will be shipped once the payment is completed.
Non-Eligible Items
1. Orders placed through dealers or distributors.
2. Personalized or modified products.
3. Orders with a processed warranty claim.
International Returns
For international customers, we do not offer free return labels. A return shipping label must be provided by the customer, and we recommend using a carrier with tracking to ensure successful delivery of the return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
